Request For Payment Plan

Note: This payment plan consists of up to 4 installments, with the installments depending on your registration date. The first payment is due at the time of registration, and subsequent payments are due on the 1st of each month. An email reminder will be sent each month with a link to make your payment. Final payment must be completed at least 30 days before the course start date. If you choose to go with the payment plan no refund is allowed.
